Provides advisory services in the area of ​​contentious labor relations, (individual rights, procedural law, environmental law and collective labor), preparing administrative and/or judicial defenses in individual or collective actions, promoted by employees, contractors, unions, Ministry of Labor, among others. Taking part in roundtables and collective negotiation of labor unions before acting on the Labour Court, Ministry of Labour and, Regional Employment Superintendents, preparing pleadings and resources, making oral arguments on Regional Labour Courts and the Superior Labor Court.
