The Office provides advisory service in Labor relations area (individual right, procedural law, environmental law and collective labor) and in contractual area (employment contracts, civil contracts, commercial contracts, among others), performing audits to calculate contingencies, issuing opinions, answering to questions about employment and workplace such as : accidents at work, professional sickness, bullying, sexual harassment, worker apprentice, worker with special needs, provisional stabilities, outsourcing, employer liability, among other things, of equal importance.

Provides advisory services in the area of contentious labor relations, (individual rights, procedural law, environmental law and collective labor), preparing administrative and/or judicial defenses in individual or collective actions, promoted by employees, contractors, unions, Ministry of Labor, among others. Taking part in roundtables and collective negotiation of labor unions before acting on the Labour Court, Ministry of Labour and, Regional Employment Superintendents, preparing pleadings and resources, making oral arguments on Regional Labour Courts and the Superior Labor Court.
