Professor Nilson de Oliveira Nascimento was born in São Paulo and lives in its capital, 51 years old, married with three children. Lawyer for more than twenty years and scholar of labor law. He is graduated in Business administration and Law, and has a master and doctorate in Labor Law at PUC/SP.

His labor advocacy has always been exercised in harmony with the teaching in superior education, resulting in an interesting theoretical and practical experience.

He's foundation partner in OLIVEIRA NASCIMENTO LAWYERS, specialized in labor issues - litigation and advisory framework that stands for excellence providing legal services, combining competence, responsibility, professionalism and ethics.

He has taught in several Law Colleges and post-graduation Iato senso courses, currently he's a professor at Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and invited professor at post-graduation Iato sensu courses at Unisal, Unitoledo e Damásio.

Nilson is the author of the books named "Manual do Trabalho do Menor" and "Manual do Poder Diretivo do Empregador" besides many articles published in specialized Labor Law magazines.
